I just bought a new glorius mode o mouse and I can't seem to be able to run the software i extracted it all I tried to install software but after installation when i try to run it it says mouse not connected(SS attached) and when i go to update firmware folder I run that and it gets stuck on waiting Discussion So I have been using the model O mouse for a while now, but it all of a sudden stopped working. But every time when I get the software it keeps telling me "Firmware update failed", I have tried disabling the antivirus on my pc and I looked thru tons of tutorials and I am 99% certain that I am doing it correctly.
